Matty Menck has been part of the international electronic music scene since the early 1990’s. As a producer and DJ he was one of the guys responsible for establishing House Music in Germany.
While he was a young graduated dipl. audio engineer, he spent many a sleepless nights in the recording studio and in the legendary Kontor Club (Kontor Records) where he was the main resident DJ.

His first Gold & Platinum Record status he achieved with Brooklyn Bounce, one of Menck´s early projects in the 90’s. In later years, as his musical career developed and inspired by his many international DJ gigs, Matty has moved back to his roots, which lie unmistakably in the House & Techno Music (Afro House, House, Tech House, Techno & Melodic Techno). This step proved him right and so Menck's productions and remixes quickly found the approval and support of the international DJ elite.
Many of Menck’s tunes and collabs on imprints like Toolroom, Warner Music, Universal Music, Sony Music, Kontor, Joia /Nero, Ministry Of Sound, WePlay, Sirup, Pinkstar, Tiger, Ibiza Global, Pyro, Run Deep, Run DBN, HouseSession, Protocol, 1st Strike, Tonspiel, Embassy Of Music, Scorpio, Blanco Y Negro, Ego, Time /Rise raised to the top of DJ- & Beatport charts immediately and got support from high profile players like Danny Avila, Erick Morillo, Moguai, Plastik Funk, Thomas Gold, Stonebridge, Roger Sanchez, Tiesto. Oliver Heldens and many others. As well as several No.1 Positions in Hypeddit House Charts.
For more then 20 years, Menck is the main resident DJ at one of Germany’s most rated and international highly respected house-club HALO Hamburg (The HALO) and therefore responsible for the international high profile DJ-bookings.
Matty’s productions and DJ sets authentically capture his musical history and stand out both musically and technically. As a DJ with many years of experience, Menck has almost perfected "crowdreading" and his popular sets span a seamless range from Afro to Tech House to finally ending in a sweaty Techno firework.
